200ml coconut milk
45ml malibu (coconut rum)
1tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup
2 tsp Mermaid Latte
1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Brown Rice Syrup
1/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Desiccated Coconut
1. To make the coconut frosting around the rim of the martini glasses, simply smear brown rice syrup around the outside of the rim, and dip the rim into a bowl of desiccated coconut.
2. Fill a shaker with ice.
3. Add all ingredients, apart from desiccated coconut and brown rice syrup.
4. Shake and serve.
