For all the mermaids out there, this is what you need to cool you down on Christmas day. These Mertinis are really similar to our arctic mermaids, except this time the alcohol is not optional ;)

Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

1 tbsp brown rice syrup

¼ cup desiccated coconut

200ml coconut milk

45ml vodka

45ml malibu (coconut rum) 

1 tbsp maple syrup

NUTRA ORGANICS PRODUCTS

2 tsp Mermaid Latte

 


1. To make the coconut frosting around the rim of the martini glasses, simply smear brown rice syrup around the outside of the rim, and dip the rim into a bowl of desiccated coconut.

2. Fill a shaker with ice.

3. Add all ingredients, apart from desiccated coconut and brown rice syrup.

4. Shake and serve.

Serves 3 mermaids.
