Our sultanas are some of the oldest grape varieties grown in Australia, Thompson seedless grapes. Our sultanas have a sweet taste and soft texture.
How are Sultanas made? After the grapes are carefully dried on the vines, they are harvested and frozen. Then they have an extraction of stalks and debris and are washed in water, sorted and then manually inspected.
