Chocolate Covered Caramels

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Spoon in some of the chocolate to cover a thin layer on the surface of the Christmas molds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
  3. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes then mash with a fork. 
  4. Add the Collagen Beauty Caramel, coconut cream, and salt.
  5. Spoon some of the date caramel into the centre of each mold, leaving room for topping with chocolate.
  6. Top with melted chocolate, then pop back in the fridge for another 1 hour until set.
