Fudgy No Bake Brownie Hearts

Made with love (and chocolate), these fudgy no-bake brownie hearts are the ultimate Valentine’s treat. Rich, chocolatey and naturally sweetened with dates and maple syrup, they’re blended with nut butter and Collagen Hot Chocolate for a little extra nourishment in every bite. Finished with a glossy layer of dark chocolate and a scatter of raspberries and nuts, they’re perfect for sharing with someone you love - or keeping all to yourself. Because nothing says romance like a dessert that loves you back.

  • ⅔ cup Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ⅔ cup runny nut butter
  • 15 pitted dates
  • ¾ cup almond meal
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp milk (or your choice of milk)
  • Heart shape silicone moulds (or your fave mould)
  • ½ cup dark cooking chocolate 
  • Freeze dried raspberries
  • Pistachios
  • Toasted hazelnuts
  1. Combine Collagen Hot Chocolate, maple syrup, nut butter, dates, salt, almond meal and 2 tbsp milk to a food processor. Blitz to combine into a pliable dough.
  2. Press the mixture into silicone molds.
  3. Melt chocolate using a microwave or double boiler method.
  4. Spoon over melted chocolate, then top with chopped nuts and freeze dried raspberries.
