  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F.
  2. Combine 1 egg and water to make the egg wash. 
  3. Cut out small circles in the puff pastry sheets (an egg ring is handy for this). Take the leftover dough and roll out and cut more circles to make as many as you can. Lay out the circles on baking paper.
  4. In a small bowl add softened garlic butter and Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Lemon & Paprika. Mix to combine.
  5. Brush each of the circles of dough with the broth mixture & add a tiny sprinkle of rosemary to each puff pastry circle.
  6. To make the bow shape, fold the pastry in half, then from the curved side, make two cuts (giving about ¾ inch in the centre), cutting 2/3 of the way to the top.
  7. Fold up the two top corners into the top middle area, and wrap the center pastry strand around. 
  8. Repeat for all dough pieces. (Watch the video - it's easy once you know how). 
  9. Brush with egg wash, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
