Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Squeeze of orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  1. Preheat the air fryer at 375°F
  2. Pound the chicken to create an even thickness.
  3. Coat the chicken breast in the Chicken Bone Broth Natural Chicken with olive oil.
  4. Place into the air fryer and bake on 1 side for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway. 
  5. Rest then slice into bite sized pieces. These steps can be done in advance and the chicken refrigerated for a cold chicken salad.
  6. In a small jar, squeeze in orange juice, add greek yogurt, olive oil, salt & pepper & shake to mix. 
  7. Assemble the salad, add the ingredients to a bowl or plate, layering as you go. Drizzle over dressing when ready to serve.
