Beef Bone Broth Garden Herb is naturally nourishing with a source of protein and B vitamins to keep you feeling satisfied and energised.~
Bone broth has been made for hundreds of years by our grandparents and their grandparents due to its traditional gut loving properties. The amino acids present in Beef Bone Broth are in a specific ratio that is unique, and otherwise not available in the lean cuts of meat commonly consumed, but which are beneficial. Beef Bone Broth also contains the added benefit of Vitamin B12 that, as part of a healthful and varied diet, will support immunity. Leading busy lives can make it hard to find time to make bone broth from scratch. Our Beef Bone Broth powder is ready in seconds, as tasty and nutritious as homemade and easy to take on the go!
How is Bone Broth made?
Roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise mineral extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat is skimmed off of the top. It is gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.

Is it pregnancy & breastfeeding friendly?
In saying this, we do advise on all our products to seek advice from your health care professional on taking our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We only say so as we believe that every pregnancy is different, taking a toll differently on each individual body in vitamin, mineral and energy levels.
We invite you to research the product to ensure that you are not sensitive to any particular ingredients.
This taste really good, I use to make my own bone broth but my husband couldn't stand the smell in the house but this one taste 100% better than mine so.. win win :) my favourite way to use this is to sprinkle it on pumpkin prior to roasting. I keep a pack of bone broth at work for a quick healthy snack, especially good for those times when I'm cutting down on coffee but still want to feel indulgent.
I like this product, it taste nice and is easy to prepare. For a standard size coffee mug you need at least 2 tea spoons for a descent cuppa, so its a little on the expensive side, but I suppose what price does one place on ones health?
