Buckwheat Kernels can be used in place of rice, in a salad, or granola, or even as a smoothie topper.
Cook Buckwheat Kernels using the same method as brown rice.
Use 1 cup of Buckwheat Kernels to 1.5-2 cups of water. Cook covered, at a low temperature for 20 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed, and kernels are softened.
To serve, fluff with a fork, drizzle with a little olive oil and season well.
