Made from crushed cacao beans, these raw cacao nibs are the original unsweetened chocolate chip.
How is it made? Cacao beans are seeds of the Theobroma Cacao tree. The seeds are found in the pods, which are split and the beans removed and dried. The husk is then removed from the bean which when slightly crushed are called nibs.

This product is Certified Organic, super fresh and has no additives or preservatives to extend its life. Best to store under 18C. For maximum freshness and tastiness, use within 4 weeks of opening.
