Hemp Seeds are among the most nutritious foods in the world. They are rich in healthy fats, have a perfect balance of omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acids, and they're also a good source of vitamin E and minerals. Hemp seeds are high in protein, containing al nine essential amino acids. They are about 30 % protein making them one of the best plant-based protein sources available, and are easily digestible. Just one serve (2 tbsp) of hemp seeds provides 8.76 g of protein.

How are Hemp Seeds made? Hemp seeds are harvested from the hemp plant, and the fibrous outer shell is removed leaving the hulled hemp 'hearts'.

Such a versatile pantry staple!

After researching how healthy hemp seeds were, I started adding them to almost every dish! They're great with avocado on toast or in raw sweet treats. You can even pop them in a food processor to make a 'meal' in replacement of flour.
