How are Hemp Seeds made? Hemp seeds are harvested from the hemp plant, and the fibrous outer shell is removed leaving the hulled hemp 'hearts'.

These are a great source of protein. They are very nutty and creamy, very delicious. I put them on salads, on omelettes, on almost everything I cook. They make a great addition to every meal and I love knowing that I'm getting in my protein at the same time.
