Our sultanas are some of the oldest grape varieties grown in Australia, Thompson seedless grapes. Our sultanas have a sweet taste and soft texture. Sultanas are a rich and concentrated source of energy, vitamins, electrolytes, and minerals. 100 g of sultanas have several times more fibre, vitamins, minerals and poly-phenol antioxidants than fresh grapes
How are Sultanas made? After the grapes are carefully dried on the vines, they are harvested and frozen. Then they have an extraction of stalks and debris and are washed in water, sorted and then manually inspected.
