Ways to use it
Absorption method is a tried and tested way to have perfectly cooked light, fluffy rice every time. To cook using the absorption method:
For best results soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Heat rice in a heavy based saucepan with a little coconut oil in medium for 2-3 minutes. Mix all the grains of rice to coat in oil. Add 1 cup of boiling water per ½ cup of rice and bring to a fast boil for 5 minutes. Cover and turn off the heat. Leave for 10 mins. Serve while hot.
Ratio 1 cup of rice: 2 cups of water
