Delicious flavour! My new lunchtime go to is The Vegetable Broth Low Fod Map with noodles, mixed veg, mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic, chilli and shallots! So yum!!!!
Love this broth! In addition to drinking it on its own I often add it to meals and use as a stock for all my soups. Highly recommend especially moving into the cooler months.
I had been searching for a good vegetable stock or alternative that didn't contain any nasties and was also low fodmap.. it was honestly the hardest thing to find until I came across nutraorganics low fodmap vegetable broth - this has honestly been a life saver! It's full of so many beautifully nutritious ingredients and doesn't upset my stomach like many other brands. I love using it in the water I cook my quinoa in, it adds a lovely depth and flavour to anything I make with it.
