Subscription Term and Conditions
Subscription Options
Choose to receive your selected products automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days.
Exclusive Subscriber Discount
Subscribers receive 15% off the full retail price (RRP) of eligible single products.
Exclusions apply, including value bundles, accessories, clearance items and Limited Time Only products.
If product prices change, your subscription price will update accordingly, with the applicable discount applied to the current RRP (pricing is not locked in).
Introductory Offers
Where a “first order” promotional discount (e.g. 20% off) is offered, it applies to the initial subscription order only. All subsequent subscription orders will revert to the standard subscriber discount (currently 15% off RRP).
Billing & Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically based on your original order date. Payments will be charged to your nominated payment method prior to dispatch.
Buy Now Pay Later services (e.g. Afterpay) are not available for subscription orders.
Managing Your Subscription
You can skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account.
Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date (AEST/AEDT).
If changes are made after this cut-off, the upcoming order will be processed and billed as scheduled.
Notifications
You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. If you have opted into SMS marketing, you may also receive SMS notifications.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and retry the charge every 3 days (up to 3 attempts). If payment is not successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is charged in accordance with our standard store policy.
Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping; orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee per delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery and contact details are accurate and up to date. Nutra Naturals is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Product Availability
We prioritise and reserve stock for subscription orders. While products may appear out of stock on our website, they are typically still available for subscribers.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable:
Your order will still be processed
If the delay exceeds 2–3 days, we will contact you to offer the option to swap, wait, or cancel
Discontinued Products
If a product in your subscription is discontinued, we will notify you and remove it from your subscription.
Please note this may change your order total and could impact your eligibility for free shipping.
Promotions & Offers
Subscription orders are not eligible for additional discounts or promotional codes, as offers cannot be used in conjunction.
However, Nutra Naturals may, at its discretion, choose to honour certain promotions or gifts with purchase during promotional periods.
Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy.
Changes to Subscription Program
Nutra Naturals reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or cancel the subscription program or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
