We have recently updated the serving suggestion for our Super Tummy. We have done multiple cooking and baking trials with Super Tummy and decided to remove baking from its serving suggestion. When baking with Super Tummy some of the key ingredients like the prebiotic fibres gel up absorbing water causing separation. In baking, this moisture absorption affects the texture of what you are baking. The digestive enzymes can also break down some ingredients affecting the product's stability in baking and cooking. However, our product goes well into brownie mixes, so feel free to try it this way (either by making raw or baked brownies).
