CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS 

    Have you had a change of heart with your shopping cart? Not to brag, but we’re almost certain you will love your product and it will love you back. However, we will humbly accept your purchase if you decide to not open and use your goodies. We will accept returns and exchanges for sealed, unused products that are in re-saleable condition. As the majority of our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. But we can guarantee your body will accept them with open arms.  

    Please email your return request to support@nutraorganics.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods with photo evidence for verification. We will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to our head office. Returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation/completed returns form (see below).

    Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost, and we also recommend purchasing tracking for your return shipping via Registered Post to insure your parcel against any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Nutra Organics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

    PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING

      Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact support@nutraorganics.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please provide photo evidence so we can assess the damage and provide a refund or exchange if required. We understand it can be frustrating when this happens, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation with organising a faulty free replacement.

      NON- REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

        All items marked as sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value will not be refundable. However, Aunties and Grandma’s love regifted items and knick knacks so we are sure they will happily accept unwanted gifts and sale items. 

        IN STORE PURCHASES 

          At this time, we cannot accept online returns from any instore purchases from any of our stockists. Please use this Refunds & Returns guide for all online orders only. If you have purchased from a store and are unhappy with your product, please refer to their returns policy. From there, we will work with the store to ensure all three parties are satisfied with the outcome.

            Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Nutra Organics reserves the rights to amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any given time.
