Common Questions
We are confident in our formulations, their targeted health benefits and the quality of the raw material we source to create them. Maintaining close relationships with our suppliers is just part of what we do to ensure our ingredients are the best quality available. We aim to source as many Australian and organic ingredients as possible, so we have full transparency in our supply chain, as well as support local businesses. In every instance we possibly can, we choose Australian ingredients, however, sometimes this is not always possible due to availability and seasonality. On occasion we need to go international to meet the quantity and quality of ingredients needed. If you are curious about which products contain internationally sourced ingredients or have queries about certain products, we are more than happy to answer tailored questions specific to your product enquiry. Reach out to us at support@nutranaturals.com.au.
We are fully committed to sourcing the absolute highest quality ingredients that are certified organic wherever possible. However, sometimes this is not always possible due to availability and seasonality. This means that some of our products are certified organic and some are not. On each of our product pages under ‘ingredients’ you can see what ingredients are *certified organic, and which are not.
Yes, our collagen is predominantly sourced from grass fed cows. We buy our collagen from a reliable and reputable supplier based in Germany, named Gelita. This company is one of the market leaders in the collagen industry and has one of the highest industry standards and scientific studies to warrant safety and efficacy. Due to the weather conditions in Germany, the grass fed cattle are fed supplemental feed occasionally due to severe weather conditions, to ensure their survival.
Our gelatin powder, the gelatin in our Gutsy Gummies, and the bones used in our beef and chicken broths are all sourced from Australian farms that are also predominantly grass fed.

At Nutra Naturals, we develop products for a multitude of family members, from young kids to adults, and for that reason, we understand the importance of allergen labelling. Certain food products and ingredients can cause allergic reactions. In February 2021, FSANZ introduced new allergen labelling requirements making it easier for consumers to find allergens in food labels. When an allergen is present in our ingredients, we make it in bold and highlight that it is present in our product. However you will also notice that across all of our Nutra Naturals products, we have the following statement: “Manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, crustacean, mollusc and tree nuts.” We add this voluntary statement to our labels to indicate the possible unintended presence of allergens occurring during food manufacturing exposure. Therefore we cannot guarantee that our product is free from any of the allergens stated above. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether or not to purchase our products.
Our entire range has been 3rd party tested for a premium quality assurance you can trust. We’ve checked for heavy metals and glyphosate - and passed with flying colours! Learn more
