Each preparation makes 6 serves.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 g (approx. 1/3 cup) of Gutsy Gummies powder to 100 mL of water. Stir well until an even texture is achieved.
  2. Add 250 mL of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into your Silicone Gummy Moulds. Let your creativity shine, try adding your favourite juices or fresh fruits for extra fun and flavour!
  4. Place the filled moulds in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until gummies are fully set.
  5. Pop your gummies out of the moulds and eat them straight from the fridge.

Store Gusty Gummies powder in a cool dry place below 25°C, keep container sealed.

Store prepared Gutsy Gummies in the fridge & consume within 3 days

Great question, we are glad you asked. Gutsy Gummies is mostly made of Gelatin, which is pure protein. Protein is great for tissue building and repair, particularly the amino acid Glutamine, which is a great food for enterocytes (gut cells). It also contains vitamin C which supports connective tissue structure and function.

Short answer: as much as you or they want!

Long answer: There are 3 preparations in a can. We recommend you divide each preparation (made with 50g of gummy mix and 350mL of water) into 6 separate serves. Tried and tested on our own families, a serve of this size went down a treat for adults as well as kids as young as 12 months. This is the size that we have based our nutrition information panel on so you know what nutrients you are getting.

Gutsy Gummies uses a combination of premium refractance dried fruits and Australian made, plant based, natural flavours. We also use a hint of thaumatin which is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit.

Strawberry - Classic sweet strawberry taste.

Mango - Refreshing, tropical, mango and citrus taste.

Blueberry - A gentle, sweet blueberry and apple flavour.

No sorry! We do not recommend putting Gutsy Gummies in your child’s lunch box. Although this sounds like a super fun idea, your gummy will melt if it gets warm, so it’s best to consume your gummies straight from the fridge.

Yes you can, however keep in mind that you have to add more liquid to achieve a more jelly-like consistency. Adding more liquid will dilute the natural flavour of Gutsy Gummies, so you may prefer to use juice rather than water if you are making jelly.

Gutsy Gummies is made mostly from bovine gelatin so they are not vegan. They are gluten free and suitable for kids 12 months+.

The bovine sourced for our Australian Gelatin and Gutsy Gummies all come from Australian grass fed farms where there’s no Bovaer or Rumin8 used. We always prioritise ingredients that are high quality, grown with sustainable practices, are free of harmful chemicals and free from animal cruelty.

Yes, our silicone moulds are dishwasher safe. For best results and longevity, we recommend placing them on the top rack.

Simply wash with warm soapy water after use, or place them in the dishwasher (top rack recommended). Make sure they are completely dry before storing.

Yes. Our gummy moulds are made from materials that are FDA approved and LFGB certified, meaning they meet strict international food-safety standards.
