Nutra Rewards — Terms and Conditions

1. The Program

Nutra Rewards is the loyalty program operated by Nutra Naturals. It is open to all customers who create an account and make purchases on nutraorganics.com.au. Participation is free and voluntary. All points and rewards are calculated in Australian Dollars (A$).

2. Points Expiration

Points expire twelve (12) months (365 days) from the date they were earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

3. When Points Are Awarded

Points for a purchase are awarded once the relevant order has been marked as paid. Points are calculated on the product total only and do not include shipping or tax charges.

4. Ways to Earn Points

Members can earn points through the following activities:

We reserve the right to change, add, or remove ways to earn points, and the point values attached to them, at any time without prior notice.

5. Product Reviews

Points for product reviews can only be earned after the relevant product has been purchased. A limit of one (1) point-earning product review per week applies per member.

6. Redeeming Points

Once a member has accumulated sufficient points, they may be redeemed at checkout for a discount off eligible Nutra Naturals products, as follows:

• 200 points = $10 off
• 400 points = $20 off
• 600 points = $30 off
• 800 points = $40 off

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred between accounts, or used in conjunction with other discount codes unless otherwise stated. Points can only be redeemed on nutraorganics.com.au.

7. Membership Tiers

Members progress through tiers based on total spend, as outlined below:

Tier status is calculated based on cumulative spend and may be reviewed and adjusted by us from time to time. Tier benefits may change without prior notice.

8. Points Adjustments and Refunds

If a product purchase that earned points is refunded, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from the member's account. Points cannot be earned for purchases made prior to joining the program.

9. Refer a Friend

When a member refers a friend, the referred friend can receive $20 off their first order over $120 on nutraorganics.com.au. The referring member will receive $20 back once the referred friend's qualifying order is completed. To access the discount, the referred friend must sign up using the form provided in the referral email sent after the referral is made.

10. General Terms

• Nutra Rewards is only available for purchases made on nutraorganics.com.au.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Nutra Rewards program, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate an individual member's account or points balance in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
