Packed with dietary fibre and omega 3 fatty acids, these little balls of goodness are well and truly a snack with benefits.
1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for topping
1/4 cup of your favourite nuts and seeds (we used ground linseed, sunflower kernels & almonds)
Method
1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until combined, this should take about a minute.
2. Place your extra desiccated coconut onto a plate. Using a tablespoon measure out bliss balls and roll into shape then roll in the coconut to coat.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, they should last for up to 2 weeks (although good luck keeping them around this long).
