1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup Turkish Sulpher Free Apricots, soaked
1/4 cup LSA mix (ground linseed, sunflower kernels & almonds)
1 1/2 Cups The Wholefood Pantry Raw Almond, soaked
1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Oil
2 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Chia Seeds
1/2 cup The Wholefood Pantry Desiccated Coconut, plus extra for topping
2 tbsp Clean Protein Exotic Vanilla
1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until combined, this should take about a minute.
2. Place your extra desiccated coconut onto a plate. Using a tablespoon measure out bliss balls and roll into shape then roll in the coconut to coat.
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, they should last for up to 2 weeks (although good luck keeping them around this long).
