  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsbp Clean Protein Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 cup apricots, soaked
  • 1 ½ cups soaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for topping
  • ¼ cup of your favourite nuts and seeds (we used ground linseed, sunflower kernels & almonds)

1. Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until combined, this should take about a minute.

2. Place your extra desiccated coconut onto a plate. Using a tablespoon measure out bliss balls and roll into shape then roll in the coconut to coat.

3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge, they should last for up to 2 weeks (although good luck keeping them around this long).
