1 tsp vanilla extract
400ml your favourite milk - we used a coconut and almond milk blend (like Nutty Bruce)
Giant ice cubes
2 tsp of Mermaid Latte
1 tsp of The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup or The Wholefood Pantry Brown Rice Syrup
1. We suggest making this mix in a separate jug and skimming some spices off the top to get a more crystal blue colour.
2. Mix the mermaid latte, maple syrup and vanilla with a small amount of hot water to emulsify.
3. Pour in the milk and mix well. The spices will rise to the top, so skim off some for a pristine blue tone.
4. Pour into chilled glasses with a couple of oversized ice cubes and enjoy!
