1 small avocado
1 clove of garlic peeled and cut in half
1 cup of peas thawed
¼ cup goat cheese
Juice of ¼ lemon ¼ cup of mint
Olive oil to drizzle
3 slices of toasted sourdough bread

The Wholefood Pantry Vegan Nutritional Savoury Flakes
1. Place the avocado, savoury flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mash until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning.
2. Rub cut half of garlic on sourdough, drizzle with a little olive oil.
3. Spoon the avocado mixture onto the toast, then top with peas, morsels of goat cheese and mint.
