Developed by our very own Nutritionist and mumma Lisa Baker, this Baby Bol is a winner winner spaghetti dinner, lunch or afternoon snack. It’s an easy meal to sneak some veggies like carrot, zucchini, tomato, Veggie Hero and some Beef Broth for some zinc, B vitamins, immunity and gut wellbeing. If the little one is feeling a little ‘upsetti’ it’s time to try some nutritionally pimped spaghetti for some food-filled smiles.
On a medium heat pan, drizzle olive oil and add onion, carrot and garlic. Saute until soft.
Add mince, tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir until the mince is flinely broken up and coated in the tomato. Cook until the mince is brown.
Sprinkle on flour/cornstarch and stir until slightly thickened.
Depending on the age and stage of your baby, serve on pasta, well softened vegetables, or stir into vegetable mash for added protein and flavour
