Beef Broth On The Go

For the busy woman on the run, here’s your minimal prep, maximum flavour, instant on-the-go nourishment in the form of a tasty, veggie packed take on two minute noodles. Throw everything together in a cute glass jar in the morning, then add in the hot water once you’re ready to dig in.

Our recipe contains a good dose of veg such as vitamin A rich carrots & zucchini, making it easier for you to get to your 5 a day goal even if it’s only lunchtime. We’ve also added ginger which is traditionally used in ancient herbal modalities as a potent anti-inflammatory herb, that marries perfectly with the antioxidative properties of garlic and cinnamon found in chinese five spice. These traditional culinary & medicinal herbs not only add depth of asian flavour to your healthy two-minute-noodle-esque meal but also contain specific compounds (micronutrients) that can help support and enhance digestion, which we all know can be a particular struggle if you’re trying to eat on the run. 

Lastly but certainly not least, this soupy goodness is made on a base of our Beef Bone Broth which is naturally rich in collagen, hyaluronic acid and gut loving amino acids, glutamine, glycine and proline which can help support the structure of the gut lining as building blocks to repair connective tissue, immunity as well as your skin! If that still doesn’t quite cut the mustard on your usual takeaway sandwich, our Beef Bone Broth is also rich in a variety of energy supporting B vitamins and immune enhancing Zinc so you won’t need to worry about any three-thirty-itis on the days you have this hearty meal.


2 tbsp tamari

1 tsp sesame oil

Pinch of Chinese five spice

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp grated garlic

¼ cup noodles - your choice

¼ cup grated carrot

¼ cup grated zucchini 

200 ml hot boiled water


1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Hearty Original

1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup

1. Add all the ingredients to a jar, then when you’re ready to eat, add in the hot water.

2. Stir to combine.
