No nasties or preservatives like most store-bought dips and filled with the good stuff like nutritional broth for zinc and B vitamins. Plus vitamin A from pumpkin to support kids eyesight, growth and immune system.
Place pumpkin on a baking tray and drizzle over with olive oil.
Bake until soft (approximately 30 minutes).
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve on toast soldiers, crackers, vegetable sticks, or just eat off the spoon (one for baby - one for mommy).
