Beefy Pumpkin Hummus
Developed by our very own Nutritionist and mumma Lisa Baker, this one is so tasty you will absolutely be sneaking some off of your bubbas plate. No nasties or preservatives like most store-bought dips and filled with the good stuff like nutritional broth for zinc and B vitamins. Plus vitamin A from pumpkin to support kids eyesight, growth and immune system.

  • 1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Hearty Original 
  • 1 pound pumpkin, cubed
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 15-ounce can of chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place pumpkin on a baking tray and drizzle over with olive oil.
  3. Bake until soft (approximately 30 minutes).
  4. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve on toast soldiers, crackers, vegetable sticks, or just eat off the spoon (one for baby - one for mommy).
