1 cup Almond Meal
1 tsp aluminium-free Baking Soda
1/2 cup organic sultanas
⅓ cup The Wholefood Pantry Deglet Nour Dates
½ cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Berry Immune
- Preheat your oven to 170C.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tray.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- While your muffins are still warm, sprinkle extra Berry Immune on top.
