Berry Delicious Mini Muffins

We’re partial to a muffin, but when presented with anything miniature, we find it impossible to say no. These are perfect for little hands, and contain the goodness of 9 super berries to help bolster immunity.

Ingredients

1 cup Almond Meal 

2 eggs

1 tsp aluminium-free Baking Soda

1/2 cup organic sultanas

⅓ cup The Wholefood Pantry Deglet Nour Dates

½ cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar

1 tbsp Berry Immune

 


  1. Preheat your oven to 170C. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 
  3. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tray. 
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  5. While your muffins are still warm, sprinkle extra Berry Immune on top.
