Boozy Candy Cane Hot Chocolate
'Tis the season to candy cane everything, and this Boozy Candy Cane Hot Chocolate is no exception! It’s the holiday hug you didn’t know you needed, with Collagen Hot Chocolate, a splash of coffee liqueur, and a peppermint twist, it’s wickedly warming and dangerously delicious. Top it off with whipped cream and a candy cane, and you’ve got yourself a holiday drink that’s just the right amount of naughty and nice!

  • 1 ½ cups thickened cream
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • ⅓ cup coffee liqueur
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Candy canes for garnish (optional)
  1. Whip 1 cup of thickened cream in a mixing bowl, place in a piping bag in the fridge.
  2. Heat milk, remaining cream, Collagen Hot Chocolate, peppermint extract, coffee liqueur and salt in a saucepan, bring it to just before boiling. 
  3. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and garnish with candy cane.
