2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups cashews, soaked
1/2 cup nutritional savoury flakes
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup water
pink himalayan crystal salt, to taste
2 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original (or any flavour of your choice)
1. If possible, soak cashews overnight. Otherwise, soak for 20 minutes in hot water to do the trick.
2. In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend for a few minutes until smooth. Adjust salt if needed, and add more water if a runnier consistency is desired.
3. Pop into an airtight container and store for up to 4 days.
