Packed with colourful veggies, tender chicken, and a gut-friendly boost from our Chicken Bone Broth, it’s as nourishing as it is delicious. With a dash of miso for that extra hit of umami, it’s perfect for kids and grown-up kids alike, because who doesn’t love spelling out dinner with their spoon?

  • 1 sweet potato, sliced into 1/16-inch rounds
  • 2 zucchini, each sliced into 3 (lengthwise)
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch wide strips
  • Red or purple radish, sliced into 1/16-inch rounds
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup alphabet pasta
  • Alphabet cookie cutters
  • Salt and pepper (if needed)
  1. Take your cut pieces of vegetables, and press in your alphabet cookie cutters to create letter shapes. (Save/freeze the offcuts for another soup or stew)
  2. In a pot, add water, chicken broth, white miso paste, shredded chicken, pasta and vegetables. Boil for 7-10 minutes or until everything is nice and tender. 
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, serve warm.
