Chicken Noodle Soup Jars

Packed with savoury red miso, crunchy veggies, and tender chicken, plus a dose of gut-loving Chicken Bone Broth, all you need to do is add hot water and you’re noodling your way to a happy belly in no time!

PANTRY ITEMS

  • Two jars with lids 
  • 4 tsp red miso
  • 4 tsp tamari
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth Concentrate Native Herb
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 2 cups carrot, grated
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 7 oz dried rice vermicelli noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped into pieces
  • ½ cup spring onions, sliced
  • Boiling water
  1. Divide all ingredients (except the water) between the jars
  2. Secure the lid and refrigerate until required
  3. When ready to serve, add boiling water and stir to combine. Allow to sit for a few minutes to soften the noodles. 
  4. If using egg noodles, microwave for a couple of minutes without the lid to cook through, or pour ingredients into a saucepan to cook through  
  5. Stir to combine and enjoy.
