1/4 cup muesli
1 tbsp almond butter
400 g can cold coconut cream
1 frozen banana
1 cup plant milk
1/4 cup Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Buttons, melted
2 tbsp Choc Whiz
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1. To make whipped coconut cream, take your can of coconut cream from the fridge, open and scoop out the thickened cream component from the top of the can and place in a bowl. Whip until fluffy.
2. To make your Choc Whiz Smoothie, add frozen banana, plant milk, Choc Whiz, and maple syrup to your blender and blitz until combined.
3. To serve, add 1/4 your muesli to the bottom of a large glass. Using a spoon, smear some of your melted dark chocolate around the inside of your glass. Add 1 tbsp almond butter and 1 tbsp whipped coconut cream to the bottom of your cup, then top with prepared smoothie. Top with more muesli, almond butter, whipped coconut cream, melted chocolate and cacao nibs.
