Chocolate Lover's Mousse

For those night's you're wanting to indulge without the effort, our Chocolate Lover's Mousse is here to wrap you up in its decadent arms.

  • 3 heaped tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • 2 cans of organic coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Raw Almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat kernels, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt
  1. Place coconut milk cans in fridge overnight. This will harden the fat and seperate the liquid. 
  2. Add Collagen Hot Chocolate, water, maple and salt to a mixing bowl, stir until well combined. 
  3. Open the cans and scoop out the coconut fat into the bowl, leaving out the liquid. 
  4. Gently whisk to combine the chocolate mixture and the coconut milk fat. 
  5. Pour into serving jars and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until required.
  6. Top with toasted nuts and buckwheat kernels.
