Chocolate Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

Healthy, delicious, naturally sweet and convenient as anything in round, bite-sized portions. These loaded dates are a great treat to make in larger batches to freeze or refrigerate. That way, when the sweet tooth fairy strikes, you’re ready to rumble and hit that sweet spot with ease.


8-10 medjool dates, seeds removed

½ cup peanut butter


150 g The Wholefood Pantry Organic Dairy Free Dark Choc Buttons

1. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or microwave, then pour into a heat proof vessel.

2. Open up dates and place on a plate.

3. Add peanut butter inside date then close up again.

4. Dunk each date into the chocolate, let excess chocolate drip off, then place back on the plate.

5. Repeat with remaining dates.

6. Scatter over chopped peanuts and place in the freezer
