  • 3.5 oz soft goat cheese
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chicken Bone Broth, Homestyle Original
  • 1 small container of quince paste
  • 1 small container of plum paste
  • 1 small container of apricot paste
  • 10.6 oz assorted crackers
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 wedge of Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 1 punnet of cherries
  • 3-4 radishes, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • 3.5 oz snow peas (in shell)
  • ½ cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup toasted almonds
  • 4-5 baby cucumbers
  1. Make whipped goats cheese by adding goat cheese, cream cheese and Chicken Bone Broth powder to a food processor, blend to combine.
  2. To assemble, spread whipped goat cheese onto a platter or wooden board in a flower petal shape, then add a little fruit paste to the centre.
  3. Decorate with remaining cheese, fruit, vegetables and crackers around the board.
