Christmas Gummy Truffles

Jingle all the way to flavour town with these Christmas Gummy Truffles. Rich dark chocolate on the outside with a creamy, fluffy centre and a fun gummy twist. Plus, thanks to Gutsy Gummies, they’re high in protein and low in sugar! They're so tasty, you’ll want to hide a few before Santa finds them!

  • 4.2 oz dark melting chocolate
  • Set of silicone Christmas Gummy Moulds
  • ½ cup Gutsy Gummies Mixed Berry or Pine Lime
  • 3.4 fl oz room temperature water
  • 3.4 fl ozl recently boiled water
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  1. Add the Gutsy Gummies and 3.4 ozl of room temperature water to a bowl, mix to bloom the gummies, then add 3.4 oz of boiling water, and stir until you reach an even consistency.
  2. Add the cream cheese and mix with a beater until you reach  a smooth consistency. 
  3. Fill the mixture into the gummy moulds, work quickly as the gummies will begin to set. 
  4. Set in the fridge for 1 hour, or until hardened. 
  5. Meanwhile, melt chocolate using a double boiler method (a small heat proof bowl placed on top of a small saucepan with about an inch of boiling water. Allow to cool slightly before adding to the gummy mixture.
  6. Once the truffles are set, spoon and smooth chocolate onto the back and refrigerate to set once more.
