Creamy Apple Pie Porridge

Frosty winter morning with glacial-sized goosebumps and frozen fingertips call for two things; oversized fuzzy jumpers and creamy, hot porridge. With winter in full swing, your normal collagen smoothie may be the last thing you feel like to get you going in the morning, so instead sub it with this deliciously silky and decadent porridge that literally tastes like apple pie.

  • 1 serve of Collagen Beauty or Collagen Body
  • 1/2 cup organic gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 grated apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Your choice of toppings
  1. Add your ingredients (apart from your toppings) into a small pot over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
  2. Stir in a little more milk at the end for a looser texture.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add toppings or enjoy on its own.
