With winter in full swing, your normal collagen smoothie may be the last thing you feel like to get you going in the morning, so instead sub it with this deliciously silky and decadent porridge that literally tastes like apple pie.
1/2 cup of organic gluten-free oats
1 cup of nut milk
1/2 grated apple
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Your choice of toppings
1. Add your ingredients (apart from your toppings) into a small pot over a medium heat and stir continuously until mixture thickens.
2. Stir through a little more milk at the end for a looser texture.
3. Pour into a bowl and add toppings or enjoy on its own.
