Deconstructed Prawn Cocktail

  • 1.3 lbs large cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (your choice of)
  • 2 tbsp organic tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tsp smoked tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, Lemon Paprika
  • 1 tsp horseradish cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated and washed
  • 1 tsp fresh dill + extra to garnish
  1. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, smoked paprika, tabasco, lemon juice, bone broth, horseradish and dill in a bowl to make the sauce.
  2. Serve prawns over ice in shell or peeled (removing the vein), along with lettuce leaves, sauce, extra lemon, lime and dill.
