Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan (or wok if you have one) on high heat and add chicken to cook.
Meanwhile mix together all sauce ingredients
Once chicken is cooked through add carrot and cabbage to cook off for 3-5 mins
Add spring onions and garlic and cook for a further 2 mins
Boil kettle and reheat noodles to packet instructions
