  • 1-2 tbsp Thriving Family Smooth Vanilla
  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1 cup kale/spinach 
  • 1/4 avocado 
  • 1/3 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream 
  • 1 tsp reishi powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  1. Blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour your smoothie into jars or bowls and top with your favourite fruits and toppings.
