Epic Chicken Gravy
Who doesn’t love a saucy little add on? This groovy gravy goes perfectly with roast meats as well as veggies and utilises those delicious pan juices from roast chicken. We’ve boosted this gravy and made it even more epic (yes it’s possible) with naturally nourishing Chicken Bone Broth containing zinc and B vitamins.

  1. Add butter and flour into a medium saucepan to form a roux.
  2. Cook over medium heat to cook off the rawness of the flour, about 4-5 mins.
  3. If you have pan juices, heat in a large pan.
  4. Add roux to pan juices and combine.
  5. Mix together water and chicken bone broth powder and add a little at a time. Stir/whisk constantly to form a sauce.
  6. Once you are happy with the consistency, take off the heat and add cream and salt and pepper to taste. The longer you cook the thicker it will become.
  7. Serve hot over roast chicken (or in fact just about anything savoury - it is that good)
