Frosty Margarita

The one time it's okay to eat the yellow snow is in the scorching heat of Christmas day with our Frosty Margarita in hand. Featuring our Lemon Lime Collagen Beauty, this zesty crowd-pleaser will cool you down and get you glowing.


1/2 cup tequila

1/4 cup cointreau 

Rosemary Sprigs



1/3 cup The Wholefood Pantry Desiccated Coconut

1/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar

1/4 cup The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Collagen Beauty™ Lemon Lime


  1. On a low heat, toast the desiccated coconut for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the coconut sugar, stirring for about 30 second until combined, and then transfer into a bowl.
  3. Dip top 1cm of cocktail glass rim into a bowl of maple syrup, let the excess maple drip off, then dip into the bowl of coconut and sugar.
  4. Make a Lemon Lime Collagen Beauty concentrate with 2 tbsps Lemon Lime Collagen Beauty in half a cup of water.
  5. Add ice, tequila, cointreau, Lemon Lime Collagen Beauty concentrate and maple syrup into a blender, and blitz until snow like.  
  6. Scoop into cocktail glass, and top with your Rosemary Christmas trees.
