2 cups greek or coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp water
50g dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
3 tbsp Collagen Beauty Unflavoured
- Mix together yoghurt and honey until well combined.
- Mix together Collagen Beauty and water until dissolved.
- Pour onto a tray lined with paper and spread to an even thickness.
- Sprinkle with toppings and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Snap the bark into shards and keep in the freezer
