20 frozen chicken dumplings (or however many you like)
chopped spring onions to taste
coriander to taste
lime wedges for serving (optional)
Method
In a pan / pot on medium heat, add coconut oil, garlic and ginger and cook until softened. (3-4 minutes).
Add curry paste, chicken bone broth concentrate, water, coconut milk, fish sauce and lime. Stir to combine.
Add in chicken dumplings, cover with a lid and simmer for 8 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with spring onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
