⅔ + 1 tbsp cup Gutsy Gummies per flavour (multiple flavours)
200ml water (per flavour)
500ml recently boiled water (per flavour)
Method
Stir the powder before each use to ensure the ingredients are evenly mixed.
In a medium bowl, add 2/3 cup of Gutsy Gummies powder to 7 fl oz of water and stir until an even texture is achieved.
Add 17 fl oz of recently boiled water to the hydrated mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a 8 x 8 inch rectangular mould or dish and set in the fridge for 2 hours, or until firm.
On a sheet of paper, use a ruler and pencil to draw lines ¾ inch apart to form a grid.
Place the paper on a chopping board and cover it with cling film.
Turn the set gummy mixture out onto the covered paper. Trim the edges if necessary.
Using a knife, lightly score along the lines, then turn the gummy and score the other way to create a grid.
Cut out Tetris-shaped pieces using the grid as your guide. It’s helpful to use a smaller knife in this step.
To create indented block details, slightly angle the knife about 1⁄32 inch / 1 mm away from the grid line and make a small slice. Remove the tiny piece.
