Honey Sesame Chicken Sushi Rolls

PANTRY ITEMS

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar or sushi seasoning
  • 5 pieces of nori
  • 2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup micro herbs or leafy greens

1. Cook rice to packet instructions, allow to cool. Add rice wine vinegar or sushi seasoning to cooked sushi rice.

2. Combine chicken, tamari, honey, chicken bone broth, sesame oil, ½ of the sesame seeds and Japanese mayonnaise. Mix to combine. 

3. Prep your ingredients for assembly.

4. cut nori in half to make rectangles.

5. Lay out a sheet of nori, lay over rice to cover half of the nori, then add your remaining ingredients. Add extra Japanese mayonnaise as desired. 

6. Roll at an angle into a cone shape then repeat to make 10 sushi rolls
