With a rich, gooey centre, this pudding is a choco-licious surprise that’s sure to melt your heart. Paired with creamy vanilla ice cream or a dollop of cream, it will have you questioning whether you're awake or dreaming of dessert heaven.
1. Preheat the oven to 360F. Grease an ovenproof dish (capacity about 6 cups) and place on an oven tray (this will catch the overflow).
2. In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar and hot chocolate. Stir to break up any lumps.
3. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and add the butter, milk and egg. Use a whisk to stir to a smooth batter.
4. Pour batter into the prepared dish and smooth out.
5. To make a sauce mix together Collagen Hot Chocolate and brown sugar and sprinkle evenly over the surface of the batter.
6. Carefully pour the boiling water evenly over the top of everything. You can use the back of a dessert spoon to stop from creating holes with the water stream.
