PANTRY ITEMS

  • 7 oz Rigatoni
  • 7 oz bacon
  • Cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken)
  • 3-4 kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
  2. Cook bacon in a medium pan until crisp and drain on paper towel.
  3. Chop chicken.
  4. Chop kale, coat with 2 tsp olive oil, and scrunch in your hands to break it down and make the kale softer and more palatable.
  5. Make dressing by combining chicken bone broth powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, mayo, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
  6. To a large bowl, add cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, kale, pepitas, and Parmesan.
  7. Top with dressing and mix well until all coated.
  8. Serve.
