  • 1 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte + extra for yoghurt topping
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups milk (your choice of)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 2.8 oz (about ½ cup) pistachios

  1. Mix together 1 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte Powder and water in a cup, stir to combine.
  2. In a jar or bowl add oats, chia seeds, milk, matcha liquid, cinnamon, vanilla paste, honey and half of the pistachios. Mix to combine, then refrigerate for 4 hours at least.
  3. Finely chop remaining pistachios. 
  4. If desired, mix some extra matcha into the yoghurt for an added boost of flavor, then generously dollop it over the chilled overnight oats.
  5. Scatter over the chopped pistachios and enjoy!
