Every bite hits that perfect mix of white chocolate, golden cacao butter, and puffed rice crunch, with a pistachio pop that’s seriously addictive. And thanks to Collagen Matcha Latte, you’ll get a beauty boost AND some serious focus fuel too.

  • 5.3 oz white chocolate 
  • 5.3 oz cacao butter (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 cups puffed rice 
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  1. Melt the white chocolate and cacao butter together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler). Stir until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat, add Collagen Matcha Latte and pinch of salt, mix to combine.
  3. Reserve a ⅓ of the melted chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in puffed rice until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture firmly into molds, then top up molds with remaining chocolate mixture and finish with chopped pistachios on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours until set.
