400 ml coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp water
8 Popsicle sticks
4 tbsp Matcha Latte
1 tsp The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup
1. Add 2 tbsp Matcha Latte and 2 tbsp water to a small vessel and stir until combined.
2. Add bananas, remaining matcha, vanilla, maple syrup and 350 ml of the coconut milk to a blender, and blend until smooth.
3. To create the ripple effect pour 1/4 of the smoothie mixture into a bowl, spoon over 1 tbsp of the matcha mixture and 1 tbsp of the coconut milk, then ripple with a skewer or a pointy object, then spoon into ice block moulds.
4. Repeat with the rest of the mixture then add popsicle sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight.
